Privacy policy

Last updated October 16, 2026. This policy covers RentServers.com, operated by Wells Software Consulting LLC ("we").

What we collect

When you submit the request form: your name, work email, company, optional phone number, and the capacity requirements you enter. Our server also records your IP address and the time of the request, for security and spam prevention. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block bots; Cloudflare processes limited technical data for that check.

How we use it

To respond to your request and to share your requirements and contact details with providers that may be able to supply them. We don't sell your information, and we don't add you to marketing lists.

Who we share it with

Providers we contact on your behalf; Resend, which sends our email; and our hosting provider. Each provider you receive a quote from handles your data under its own privacy policy.

Retention and your choices

We keep request records for up to three years unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Email privacy@rentservers.com to access, correct or delete your data.

Cookies

We don't use advertising or analytics cookies. Turnstile may set a cookie needed for the bot check.
