Cloud-exit TCO Audit, fixed fee, 10 business days

Your hyperscaler bill by workload becomes the price to beat. We size bare-metal, GPU and colocation targets from actual utilization, run a blind RFP so the numbers are real bids, and hand you a 36-month scorecard and an exit plan.

Credited against Procurement Desk fees. If you go on to a negotiated migration or renewal with us, the audit fee comes off those fees in full. Counter-quotes themselves stay free.

  • Baseline. Your last three months of cloud invoices by workload: compute, GPU, storage, database, network and egress, support plans and reserved or savings-plan commitments still running.
  • Target architectures. Two or three ways to run the same workloads on bare metal, GPU servers or colocation, sized from your actual utilization, not list specs.
  • 36-month scorecard. Every target normalized the way our counter-quotes are: setup, egress, IPv4, licensing, SLA credit caps, migration one-time cost, and the cloud bill held as the incumbent.
  • Blind market check. Three or more providers bid against the target spec through our RFP, so the scorecard carries real numbers, not catalog prices.
  • Exit plan. Order of moves, what to keep in the cloud, commitment run-off, and the redlines to negotiate on the new contracts.

Providers bid blind against your spec. Your name, email and company stay with us until you pick a winner.

Questions

What does the audit cost?

$7,500 fixed for monthly cloud spend up to $25,000; $15,000 fixed above that. Delivered in 10 business days from the day we have your invoices. The fee is credited in full against Procurement Desk fees if you go on to a negotiated migration or renewal with us.

Is the audit required to get counter-quotes?

No. Counter-quotes against your cloud bill are free and start the moment you submit the form below. The audit is the written analysis on top: utilization-sized targets, the full 36-month scorecard and the exit plan.

What do you need from us?

Three months of invoices or a cost export, a rough map of workloads to services, and read access to utilization metrics if you want sizing from actual draw rather than instance types. Redact account IDs; we need the line items.

Do you run the migration?

The audit ends with the plan and the contracts. Execution is scoped separately, and you can run it with your own team or ours.

What if staying in the cloud is cheaper?

Then the scorecard says so. The incumbent cloud bill is a valid answer on every scorecard we produce, and the fee is the same either way.
