How it works
- Tell us the GPU, count, term and region on the request form and choose Managed GPU, or ask us to show you both options.
- We find capacity that fits and send you an order form with the provider, hardware, term, start date and price.
- You pay in advance by wire or ACH. We reserve the capacity and coordinate setup with the provider.
- During the term, you contact us first. We handle the provider for you.
Managed GPU or a referral?
A referral costs you nothing extra: you contract and pay the provider directly at its price. Managed GPU puts the contract, billing and provider coordination with us, and our price includes our margin. If you'd like to compare, choose "Show me both" on the form and we'll send both for the same request.
Terms in short
- Paid in advance. Prices exclude taxes. Customers in Chicago may owe the City of Chicago lease tax on cloud and GPU capacity.
- No automatic renewal.
- Service levels follow the provider's SLA, with service credits for misses. Credits are the remedy for downtime; there are no cash refunds.
- If we can't deliver, we offer equivalent replacement capacity, or a credit.
